Unknown to us, the St. George temple was scheduled to close for 3 weeks starting on Feb 18th for cleaning and maintenance. So we came back north into the cold weather to help Diane's mother Helen who was planning to have hip replacement surgery. The surgery went well and we stayed in her basement bedroom for the next 3 weeks helping her recover. It was amazing to watch how well she did, she hardly ever complained about pain and was so kind to us. We really enjoyed spending time with her.
I am so grateful you were able to do this. I know it really helped her and us! It was wonderful to have you around again!
